January 2012 *** Spirit is the Tibor Reiter Award WINNER *** Spirit was the recipient of the VSO Versatility Award for 2011. This is a very special award as only one dog can be awarded this honour every year. Its purpose is to recognize the Vizsla that annually demonstrates the highest level of versatility in a number of different sports September 2011 *** New Starters Games Dog of Canada*** At the K-9 Klubhouse agility trial Autumn completed her Starters Games title, by earning qualifying scores in Starters Jumpers and Starters Gamblers. *** New Agility Dog of Canada*** At the Spot ON agility trial on September 3. Autumn earned qualifying scores in Starters Standard (x2) and Starters Snooker. This completed her Agility Dog of Canada Title. August 2011 At 6 months of age Rime was entered in his first two shows at the Markham Kennel Club. On August 25th he won his puppy class, best puppy in breed as well as Reserve Winners Dog. On August 26th he won his puppy class, best puppy in breed and Winners Dog earning a point towards his Championship title. July 2011 *** New Master Steeplechase Dog of Canada *** At the K-9 Klubhouse trial Spirit completed his Master Steeplechase Dog of Canada title, and Autumn earned qualifying scores in Starters Standard (x 2) and Starters Gamblers. September 2010 At the K-9 Klubhouse trial, Autumn earned qualifying scores in Starters Snooker and Starter Jumpers. July 2010 Autumn was entered in her first, and my first, rally obedience trial on July 17, 2010 at the Oshawa Obedience Association Summer Trial. She qualified in Rally Novice in both trials with scores of 90 and 95, and placements of 2nd and 1st respectively out of a large Novice A class. What a great start! Annie (Autumn x Baron) has completed Grade 3 obedience training with perfect marks. She plans to start making her mark in agility soon :) June 2010 **** New Canine Good Neighbour(s) **** At the Vizsla Society of Ontario Fun Day on June 26, 2010 both Spirit and Autumn completed their Canine Good Neighbour Certificates. May 2009 **** New Agility Trial Champion **** **** New Master Snooker Dog of Canada **** While only entered in one run, Spirit completed his ATCH and Master Snooker titles on May 9, 2009 at the K-9 Klubhouse trial in Pickering. November 2008 Autumn and Baron had 5 puppies, born on November 26, 2008. There was 4 girls and 1 boy. They are the 'Adventure Litter' and all are named after adventures or explorers. October 2008 **** New Master Team Dog of Canada **** Spirit attended the AAC K 9 Klubhouse agility trial on October 4, 2008. He only had two runs, but finished his Master Team Title with his Chesapeake Bay Retriever partner- 'Razzle Dazzle' having a clean run and being awarded first place in the Open Division. Spirit is only 1 qualifying score away from his ATCH ... which he plans to complete after his winter break in the Summer of 2009. September 2008 Autumn and Baron have been bred. Puppies are expected around November 28, 2008. See Litter Plans for pictures and news about this upcoming litter August 2008 **** New Master Agility Dog of Canada **** * Spirit attended the AAC K 9 Klubhouse agility trial on August 10, he ran 3 for 3 clean runs and obtained qualifying scores in Master Team, Steeplechase and Master Standard. He completed the requirements towards his Master Agility Dog of Canada title and as well as earning additional qualifying scores towards his Agility Trial Championship and Steeplechase Dog titles. * Spirit attended the AAC Spot On agility trial on August 3, he had some wonderful runs and obtained qualifying score in Master Team, towards his Agility Trial Championship Title. June 2008 * Spirit attended the AAC Spot On agility trial on June 29, he had some wonderful runs and obtained qualifying scores towards his Master Agility Dog title and Steeplechase Dog title. May 2008 * Spirit attended his first AAC agility trial of the year at K9-Klubhouse on May 10, 2008. He had three great runs and obtained a qualifying score towards his Steeplechase Dog title. February 2008 **** New Champion **** * Autumn was entered at the Ontario Breeders Association Show and took Winners Bitch and Best of Winners out of the Open Bitch Class for 4 points under judge Fred Gordon on February 22, 2008 which completed her Canadian Championship title. November 2007 * Autumn was entered at the Georgina Kennel & Obedience Club Show and took Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex out of the Open Bitch Class for 2 points under judge Cheryl Myers Egerton on November 9, 2007. On November 10, 2007 she again took Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best of Opposite Sex out of the Open Bitch Class for 5 points under judge Fred Gordon. October 2007 * Autumn was entered at the Trillium Kennel Club Show and took Winners Bitch and Best of Winners out of the Open Bitch Class for 2 points under judge Mrs. N. Liebes on October 28, 2007 * Spirit attended his first AAC agility trial of the year at Spot On Agility on October 6, 2007. He had some great runs and obtained a qualifying score towards his Master Agility Dog title. |
